Dr. Yuval Oded, Psychologist

With a distinguished academic and professional background,
Dr. Yuval Oded holds a Ph.D. in psychology, an MA in clinical
rehabilitation psychology, and a BSc in biology and psychology.
His extensive career, spanning over three decades, has been
dedicated to the field of psychotherapy, with a particular focus
on treating PTSD, anxiety disorders, and somatoform disorders. 

Dr. Oded’s expertise is not only rooted in his academic
achievements but also in his practical experience in the
application of psychophysiological principles to therapeutic interventions.

As a former chairman of the Israeli Applied Psychophysiology 
Association and the current co-chair of the Israeli Biofeedback-Neurofeedback Organization (IBNA), 
Dr. Oded has been at the forefront of advancing the field of applied psychophysiology in Israel.
His leadership roles within these organizations underscore his commitment to developing and disseminating psychophysiological knowledge and practices.

Dr. Oded is Psy-Phi Advanced Psychological Solutions’s founder and CEO, where he pioneered the MentalGym™ program. This innovative stress management and peak performance training program is specifically designed for elite military units and executives, demonstrating Dr. Oded’s ability to apply his psychophysiology expertise to enhance individuals’ performance and well-being in high-stress environments.

His previous role as the director of the clinical psychophysiological clinic at Schneider Children’s Hospital further exemplifies his dedication to integrating cutting-edge psychophysiological techniques with traditional therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and biofeedback, to provide holistic patient care.
